Everything is shipped from the UK, and I aim to send your package within 48 hours of receiving an order. 

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working days) and International orders by Royal Mail International Standard (5-7 working days). 

These services do not include tracking. If you would like to place an order with tracking, drop me an email and we can sort something out. 

Similarly, if you have any questions or problems at all about postage, products or anything else at all, please do get in touch.

If incorrect shipping information was provided by the buyer, I cannot offer a refund or replacement and, in the rare case you come across any additional custom charges, I can't take responsibility for those either.
